High Temperature Ceramic Wool Blankets have a maximum service temp of either 1200 or 1300 degrees Celsius. These refractory insulation blankets can be used in many heat related applications.
Low Bio Persistence Ceramic Wool is excellent at reducing heat and has good thermal stability. These blankets are ideal for use on uneven surfaces such as around specific awkward shapes (usually non flat) or for plugging gaps in linings. Unlike Ceramic Fibre (CF) Blanket this product IS NOT currently classified as a Carcinogenic product, and is therefore much more user friendly.

Low Bio Persistence Ceramic Wool is preferred by most installers to CF (ceramic fibre), due to being easier to handle, use and store. More and more companies are moving away from RCF products where possible to these more user friendly alternatives.
