A new innovation from Kilnlinings. The Sheffield Firebrick Oven.
A lot of customers struggle with tapering bricks, cutting them and creating the dome of a wood fired oven in general. Therefore the team here at Kilnlinings have done the tapering for you. All you need is to cement the bricks using our KLWASC cement. Once your foundations are built, apply a small slither of cement (just 2mm), within a few hours you’ll have created this superb pizza / bread oven.
Our Kit comprises of 173 Firebricks, 2 Chimney Stacks and 50kg KLWASC Cement.
The Oven as shown can stand without cement as the bricks are tapered so precisely, however we always advise to cement all the bricks (except the base) for stability.
Dimensions of the finished oven are as follows:
Whole area required to build oven = 1.39M (L) x 1.16M (W)
The Main oven area internally not including the front arch is 930mm (l) x 692mm (w)
Insulation materials if needed, need to be purchased separately. We have the Superior model which includes insulation products needed for the build.
