These microporous flexible panels have amazing thermal properties which mean they are up to 5 times more efficient than standard insulation products, such as Ceramic Fibre / Low Bio persistence and Calcium Silicate at reducing heat. Ideal for wrapping around cylindrical shapes due to an ability to flex, such as steel ladles or furnace / kiln ducting.
As the panels are so efficient, smaller linings can be utilised enhancing the interior kiln/furnace space/oven interior area.
These Microporous Elite panels have the potential to significantly reduce fuel requirements in various processes and so can potentially save vast amounts of money on fuel.
The panels can’t see the hot face of an application (i.e. the naked flame) and are therefore a backup lining (to be placed behind another steel, brick, board or suitable product). All boards come fully encapsulated in specialist high temperature ale2 edge protection.
