We are pleased to provide a cutting service for straight cuts on Microporous and Calcium Silicate boards (Not available on other products such as blanket or Diatomaceous bricks).
We charge £2.95+VAT per straight cut.
Our tolerances are +/-2mm
**Please bear in mind that up to 3mm can be lost per cut, due to blade thickness.
For example 1000x500x50mm board cut in exactly in half you would get 2 pieces of board approx 499x500x50mm. **

Please Note: (Not Applicable to Calcium Silicate boards)
Microporous boards are specially encapsulated in High Temp ALE2 Foil protection, and so once cut, the cut edge is exposed, and no longer encapsulated. Therefore it is advised to purchase our “Microporous Elite Aluminium tape 100mmx50Mtrs (approx)” to reseal any cut edges thus to ensure the boards are re protected prior to use, for product stability purposes (i.e to reduce fraying and moisture exposure)
