Kilnlinings W.A.S.C also known as Wet Air Setting Cement. This product is used for jointing any of the bricks we supply, we suggest 1 tub/75 bricks, though this depends how sparingly the product is used. The Refractory cement semi sets upon air temperature and fully sets upon seeing approximately 300 degrees Celsius. This kiln cement should be used between 2 to 5mm, any thicker and the cement may not set. The cement can withstand service temperatures up to 1600C.
Material Safety Data Sheets are available as too are Typical analysis sheets. Please be aware this product is an “irritant”.
