Kilnlinings Dry Air Setting Cement (DASC), can be used for jointing any of the Firebricks we supply. We suggest 1 bag/75 bricks approximately. Though this depends how sparingly the product is used.
This refractory cement comes dry and requires mixing with water to the consistency required. The cement should be used between 2 to 5mm, any thicker and the cement may not set. The kiln cement can withstand service temperatures up to 1600C.
Material safety data sheets are available as too are Typical Analysis sheets. Please be aware this product is an “irritant”.
